Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WithUPI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

Description of Service

WithUPI provides a platform to create and share a single payment page that enables others to send UPI payments to you. WithUPI does not process payments directly and does not act as a payment intermediary.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use WithUPI. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws and regulations.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Use WithUPI only for lawful purposes
• Do not misuse the platform for fraud, spam, or prohibited activities
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account access

Payments

All payments are initiated and completed through third-party UPI-enabled applications and banks. WithUPI is not responsible for failed transactions, delays, reversals, or disputes between payers and recipients.

Prohibited Use

• Violating any applicable law or regulation
• Collecting payments for illegal goods or services
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Interfering with the security or performance of the service

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to WithUPI at any time if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

WithUPI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of WithUPI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
